Become an Agent
Welcome to MAI Health! We’re thrilled that you’re interested in becoming an agent. Please follow the steps below to get started.

Click the 'Agent Agreement' button below to download the file. Please review the agreement, then upload the signed document in the 'Register as Agent' form found in section 2/4.

Once you've downloaded and signed the agent agreement, please complete the sign-up form below.

As outlined in the Outlet Agreement, agents are required to purchase at least one of our products at wholesale price, either to test or resell, in addition to paying a monthly seller fee of R49. If agents choose to sign up without purchasing a product, their monthly seller fee will be R99 until stock is ordered. Once stock is purchased, the seller fee will revert to R49 per month.
Upon receipt of your signed document, name, number, and payment of either your seller fee or stock and seller fee, we will schedule an onboarding session for comprehensive training. Congratulations and welcome to the team!
